\nLuanshya Agro Supplies Ltd is a growing company in the agricultural and supply sector, with a workforce of over 50 employees. We are committed to operational excellence and are seeking a proactive and organized\u00a0Human Resources Officer\u00a0to support and strengthen our HR function.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\u2022 Maintain and manage employee records and personnel files\u2022 Prepare and administer employment contracts and HR documentation\u2022 Manage leave, attendance, and staff schedules\u2022 Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data\u2022 Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters\u2022 Ensure compliance with Zambian labour laws and company policies\u2022 Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation\u2022 Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
\nREQUIREMENTS
\n\u2022 Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field\u2022 Minimum 2\u20134 years\u2019 experience in an HR role\u2022 Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices\u2022 Strong organizational and administrative skills\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications\u2022 Good communication and interpersonal skills\u2022 High level of confidentiality and professionalism\u2022 Experience handling HR functions for a workforce of 50+ employees is an added advantage
