Educore Services is seeking suitably qualified, motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the roles detailed below in the kitchen at either Sentinal Kabitaka or Trident College.
\nThe successful candidates will be based at Sentinel Kabitaka or Trident College Boarding and will directly contribute to all areas of cooking and support all designated tasks. These are full-time positions, and the appointee should be ready to commence as early as 1st\u00a0June 2026.
\nCommencement date: ideally by 1st June 2026.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff coordination
\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations
\nManaging kitchen inventory and ordering supplies
\nAssist Cooks and Kitchen assistants during peak periods
\nOversee upcoming events and execution thereof
\nQuality and presentation of meals need to be met<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Grade 12 Certificate
\nCertificate or Diploma in Food Production or Health and Safety
\nSupervisory experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an advantage
\nStrong leadership and organisational skills
\nExcellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
\nAble to work under pressure<\/p>\n

\nAll staff working in the kitchen need to have a valid food handlers\u2019 certificate at time of appointment.
