\nSanji Footwear Hub Limited trading as Crabkids Zambia Distributor is a leading retail footwear brand dedicated to providing high-quality, fashionable, and comfortable school footwear, school bags, safety boots and school uniforms. We are seeking a highly organized, results-oriented Branch youth to join our team to oversee operations and drive commercial success at our Solwezi branch.
\nPOSITION PURPOSE
\nThe Branch Store Manager will be fully accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Solwezi retail outlet. This role requires a strategic leader who can maximize sales turnover, manage inventory controls, and cultivate a high-performing team focused on premium customer service.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Financial Performance:\u00a0Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
\nOperational Excellence:\u00a0Oversee daily cash handling, banking, and store opening\/closing procedures.
\nInventory Management:\u00a0Direct stock control, conduct regular audits, and minimize stock shrinkage.
\nTeam Leadership:\u00a0Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule staff to ensure optimal floor coverage when need arises.
\nVisual Merchandising:\u00a0Implement corporate merchandising standards to optimize product presentation.
\nCustomer Relations:\u00a0Resolve escalated customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
\nCompliance:\u00a0Ensure compliance with\u00a0\u00a0health, safety, and corporate retail policies.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Education:\u00a0Diploma in marketing or Business administration, or a related field.
\nExperience:\u00a0Minimum of 2\u20133 years of proven experience in retail store management.
\nLocation:\u00a0To be based in Solwezi, or fully prepared to relocate immediately.
\nCompetencies:\u00a0Strong financial literacy, analytical capabilities, and excellent leadership skills.
\nTech Skills:\u00a0Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n
