\nWe are looking for a sharp, proactive digital marketer to support multiple brands and client campaigns across the UK and Zambia.
\nThis is a hands-on role for somebody who genuinely understands marketing, content, branding, lead generation, and growth \u2014 not somebody who just posts graphics occasionally.
\nYou will work across a mix of:<\/p>\n
Social media marketing
\nContent creation
\nSEO support
\nLinkedIn marketing
\nEmail marketing
\nCampaign planning
\nBrand positioning
\nAI-assisted marketing workflows<\/p>\n
This is a fractional role initially, with flexibility depending on skill level and results.

\nUnderstands modern digital marketing properly
\nHas strong written English
\nUnderstands branding and positioning
\nIs organised and commercially aware

\nIs a self-starter willing to go the extra mile
\nIs willing to learn and practise outside work hours if needed<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Managing and improving social media pages
\nWriting content and marketing copy
\nAssisting with SEO and website updates
\nSupporting outbound and LinkedIn campaigns
\nCreating marketing ideas and growth strategies
\nResearching competitors and market trends
\nUsing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
\nSupporting client campaigns and internal brands<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Previous experience in digital marketing preferred
\nStrong understanding of social media and online marketing
\nGood English writing and communication skills
\nExperience with Canva, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a bonus
\nBasic understanding of SEO is a plus
\nMust be organised, reliable, and responsive<\/p>\n
