\nWe\u2019re looking for\u00a0a highly organised and proactive Document Control Coordinator to manage and maintain critical operational documentation across multiple platforms. This role is key to ensuring accurate information, smooth workshop flow, and strong cross-team communication
\n Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Maintain and update documents across SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel, and FMP (Fleet Maintenance
\nPro)Conduct daily document checks to ensure accuracy and relevance
\nIdentify and report process gaps or documentation issues
\nLog and track breakdowns and workshop\u00a0flow, ensuring timely follow up
\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and consistency
\nupport the rollout of improved document control processes and best practices<\/p>\n
\u2705 Experience<\/p>\n
Experience with document management\u00a0systems (SmartSheets, Google Sheets, Excel; FMP advantageous)
\nStrong attention to\u00a0detail and organizational skills
\nAbility to work independently and proactively
\nClear and confident communication skills
\nExposure to maintenance or breakdown management<\/p>\n
Working times: Mondays \u2013 Fridays 07h30 \u2013 16h30 & alternate Saturdays 08h00 \u2013 12h00
