Huachen International Supply Chain Limited is currently seeking to employ Human Resource Interns in the Human Resources Department to join our team.
\nPOSITION:\u00a0Human Resource Intern (X2)
\nLOCATION:\u00a0Ndola, Sakania
\nDEPARTMENT:\u00a0Human Resources
\nJOB PURPOSE
\nThe main purpose of the Human Resource Intern is to assist with HR administration and support the company\u2019s growing operations through talent management processes and documentation.
\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\n1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist in recruitment processes by advertising job positions, reviewing applications, shortlisting, scheduling and conducting interviews.
\n2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support orientation and onboarding of new employees.
\n3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist with performance management activities, including appraisals, data entry, and document preparation.
\n4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Support HR compliance with NAPSA, NHIMA, and ZRA.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0General administrative support, including writing contracts, preparing reports, and attending to employee queries.
\n6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist in office operations, creating, filling and retrieving HR documentation and employee records.
\n7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Assist with any other duties assigned by the HR manager.
\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
\nBasic understanding of Human Resource processes.
\nMembership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
\nWork experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
\nCandidates must be permanent residents of Ndola or willing to relocate.<\/p>\n
Note. Interviews are strictly in-person at our Sakania Office in Ndola.
