The role focuses on field marketing, digital engagement, lead generation, customer relationship management, and execution of marketing and business development initiatives across Panda Africa\u2019s products and services.<br \/>\nMARKETING &amp; BRAND SUPPORT<br \/>\n\u2022 Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in creating and distributing digital content for Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, SMS, and other platforms. \u2022 Participate in activations, roadshows, and outreach programs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support brand visibility initiatives through community engagement and events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in monitoring campaign performance and preparing weekly reports.<br \/>\nLEAD GENERATION &amp; CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT<br \/>\n\u2022 Generate leads for salary-backed loans, SME financing, solar products, motorbikes, and other Panda Africa products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Follow up on inquiries and assist customers during the application process.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and community stakeholders. \u2022 Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.<br \/>\nBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in identifying partnership opportunities with SMEs, institutions, and community groups. \u2022 Support implementation of strategic collaborations and outreach initiatives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research and competitor analysis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Represent Panda Africa during marketing and stakeholder engagement activities.<br \/>\nQUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, or business development is an added advantage. \u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.<br \/>\n\u2022 Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work in the field and meet assigned targets.<br \/>\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)<br \/>\n\u2022 Leads generated and converted.<br \/>\n\u2022 Customer acquisition growth.<br \/>\n\u2022 Campaign and activation execution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Digital engagement and reach.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partnership support activities completed. \u2022 Achievement of assigned monthly targets.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
