The\u00a0key purpose\u00a0of this role is to Count, Check & Verify, Dispatch & Receive loads, by physically checking\/verifying the stocks loaded\/ offloaded. Process and reconcile all Digital or Manual Invoices, process POS payment activities, adhere to stock master processes & actively participating in the Operations safety, Inventory management & control routines.

5S & Site housekeeping standards maintained and adhered to
\nAppropriate personal protective equipment used as designated by site safety standards
\nComply with all Safety and Environmental requirements
\nReport and act on non-conformities on the respective platforms<\/p>\n

\nEffective stock quality management<\/p>\n
Warehouse stock age standards maintained by ensuring stock rotation principles applied \u2013 FEFO
\nEnsures quality control through checking packaging on warehouse floor and prior to loading
\nEffective inventory management & controls in line with our governance policies
\nAccurate daily stock count performed using handheld device
\nGenerate variance reports and resolve discrepancies
\nMaintain clear and effective\u00a0\u00a0communication\u00a0with Inventory teams, Warehouse teams and other stakeholders<\/p>\n
Efficient loading and unloading of vehicles and production lines<\/p>\n
Maintain clear and effective communication regarding the load plan execution with stakeholders, Commercial, Credit, Inventory, Logistics teams
\nAll documentation accurately and comprehensively verified and completed
\nPrimary and secondary distribution load plans are printed, uploaded, reviewed and signed by the Picker (if applicable), Operator (Mandatory), Driver (mandatory) and Security (Mandatory)
\nProcess all internal stock movements (Transfers, Breakages and Issues) on ERP system in line with the documentation
\nAccurate checking, loading and unloading of vehicles.\u00a0 Perform actual count on trucks to confirm quantities
\nAccurate recording of returns prior to unloading
\nActively participate on the process of stock deviations investigations and propose improvement and mitigation actions
\nConversant with relevant business information, policies, processes and procedures<\/p>\n
