\nOne of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia\u2019s NGO sector with\u00a0WASH project experience.
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Project Engineer will lead the preparation and development of tender documents for technical works, lead operation and maintenance planning and implementation, and supervise works.
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Advise on tendering requirements and specifications for hardware works
\nDevelop O&M Plans and modules
\nLead training of Village Management Committees, Care Takers and Pump Menders in O&M
\nCoordinate financial training and record keeping for VMCs\u2019 O&M activities
\nSupervise project construction works
\nAdvise the Project Committee and Programme Committee on technology standards to adopt and practices to apply<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Water Engineering preferably civil engineering
\nMust have at least a minimum of 4-5 years\u2019 experience in water and civil engineering
\nMust have proven\u00a0water engineering experience in WASH projects with an international NGO
\nMust be a member of EIZ<\/p>\n
