\nOne of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia\u2019s NGO sector with\u00a0WASH project experience.
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Project Manager will ensure the project complies with the standard systems and procedures for implementation at all levels to achieve results and impact.
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead project planning and reporting
\nSupervise WASH Project Team staff and oversee their performance
\nSupervise implementation of project activities
\nCoordinate management of work contracts
\nLead partnership engagements<\/p>\n

\nAbility to manage a diverse team
\nExcellent report writing skills
\nGood negotiation skills

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s Degree in any Social Science preferably Public Health, Development Studies or Sociology with experience in M&E, advocacy and institutional strengthening
\nMust have at least a\u00a0minimum of 5+ years\u2019 experience of Programme\/Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation with an international NGO
\nMust have proven project management experience in WASH projects<\/p>\n
