\nOne of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia\u2019s NGO sector with WASH project experience.
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Project Coordinator will ensure the project complies with the standard systems and procedures for implementation at all levels to achieve results and impact.
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead project planning and reporting
\nOversee project performance
\nIdentify training needs for Community Health Workers\u2019, train and coordinate their tasks
\nConduct and facilitate individual and group counselling sessions for adolescents and youths
\nDocument stories of change
\nPrepare and submit monthly budgets and quarterly projections
\nCollect and update project data in line with tola-data requirements and KOGE indicators.
\nIdentify training needs of key project stakeholders namely, parents, youths and adolescents, RHC staff and facilitate trainings<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree in public health or related
\nMust have experience in youth reproductive health initiatives and M&E
\nMust have at least a minimum of 5+ years\u2019 experience of Project Planning, Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation with an international NGO
\nMust have experience in riding a motorbike with a clean valid license
\nMust have proven project coordination\/management experience for WASH projects
\nPreferably based in respective location of application with own accommodation (Mazabuka)<\/p>\n
