\nOne of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia\u2019s NGO sector with WASH project experience.
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Advocacy & Capacity Strengthening Specialist will lead partnership building, represent the organization in advocacy engagements, and strengthen institutional capacities at district and sub-district levels.
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead systems strengthening with local partners, particularly at the District Level
\nLead partnership engagements with Local Authorities and the Commercial Utility
\nLead advocacy engagements in collaboration with CSOs and other NGOs
\nSupport Local Authorities to develop IMS, Integrated District Plans and budgets
\nLead all capacity building activities in the project
\nLead formation and training of governance structures at district and sub-district levels (WASH Rights Groups)<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any Social Science preferably Social Work, Sociology or Development Studies
\nMust have at least a minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in advocacy programmes\/initiatives, capacity and partnership building with an international NGO
\nMust have proven exposure to local governance structures and systems
\nMust have proven\u00a0experience in advocacy and capacity strengthening in WASH projects<\/p>\n
