Description:
\nJob Purpose
\nThe Community Facilitator will coordinate the implementation and monitoring of project activities in the assigned regions\/towns.
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Monitor project activities
\nFacilitate community meetings
\nSupport head office staff organize meetings and field visits
\nAssist with supervision of contractors
\nDocument project activities
\nSchedule and confirm appointments with district and sub-district partners
\nReporting<\/p>\n
Required Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n
Excellent facilitation skills
\nExposure to participatory community engagement approaches
\nGood communication skills especially interpersonal skills
\nExcellent Reporting skills<\/p>\n
Primary Areas of Accountability:<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Social Work, Development Studies or Social Work
\nMust have experience in community development and community engagement
\nPreferably based in respective location of application with own accommodation (either Siavonga or Kafue)<\/p>\n
