\nMwinilunga Trades Training Institute, a public Trades Training Institution under the Ministry of Technology and Science, invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Zambian nationals to fill the following vacant position:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
INTERNAL AUDITOR (X1)<\/p>\n
Reporting to:\u00a0The Principal
\nKey responsibilities<\/p>\n
Undertakes effectively the review of governance processes in order to ensure their effectiveness.
\nUndertakes effectively, the review of risk management processes in the Institution in order to ascertain their effectiveness.
\nUndertakes effectively, the conduct of audits on Information Systems in order to identify risks and facilitate decision making.
\nUndertakes effectively, the conduct of compliance audits in order to foster adherence to legislation, policies, guidelines and regulations.
\nUndertakes timely, the production of internal audit and management reports in order to facilitate informed decision making.
\nUndertakes effectively, the maintenance of internal audit database in order to facilitate tracking of audit recommendations for informed decision making.
\nPerform any other duties related to audits<\/p>\n

\nQualifications and Requirements<\/p>\n
Full Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) credits or better, including English and Mathematics.
\nMinimum of Diploma in Accountancy\/Auditing, ZICA \u2013 Licentiate or equivalent.
\nMinimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in auditing or related field.
\nKnowledge of audit procedures, risk management, and internal control systems.
\nStrong analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.
\n\u00a0Computer\u00a0literacy and proficiency in accounting\/audit software.
\nMember of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Zambia<\/p>\n
