\nDrive regional growth for exploration drilling equipment through capital sales, REX, aftermarket business, and service support while developing strong customer relationships across mining and exploration markets.

\nYour mission:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Sales Growth: Expand regional sales of exploration drilling equipment and tools, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
\nAftermarket Solutions: Promote spare parts, consumables, rebuilds, and upgrades while building a strong service team to ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction.
\nCustomer Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with mining companies, drilling contractors, and distributors through regular site visits, technical support, and lifecycle agreements.
\nMarket Intelligence: Monitor exploration activities, competitor developments, and provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to management.
\nDistributor Support: Strengthen distributor capabilities in sales and service, deliver product training, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
\nPerformance Metrics: Achieve targets in equipment sales growth, aftermarket revenue, market share expansion, customer satisfaction, and distributor performance.<\/p>\n

\nYour Profile:
\n\u00a0<\/p>\n
Degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, or related field.
\n8 \u2013 10 years in similar industry and experience
\nExperience in mining, drilling, exploration equipment, or heavy equipment industries.
\nStrong background in both equipment sales and aftermarket\/service business.
\nGood understanding of exploration drilling applications and customer operations.<\/p>\n
