This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans, managing public relations activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company\u2019s public image and drive engagement.<br \/>\nLocal networking events<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Brand Management:<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company\u2019s image and increase brand awareness.<br \/>\nEnsure alignment with group brand guidelines and manage major brand projects and initiatives.<br \/>\nOversee the production of all digital content, including photography, video, multimedia, and online copy.<br \/>\nEnsure brand compliance under the guidance of the company brand policies.<br \/>\nDevelop engaging and effective corporate communication campaigns to drive understanding and buy-in among critical stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Brand Strategy:<\/p>\n<p>Lead the formulation of brand strategies and plans to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.<br \/>\nDevelop and execute integrated communication and engagement strategies to positively influence stakeholder perception.<br \/>\nCreate and manage content calendars for digital channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.<\/p>\n<p>Public Relations:<\/p>\n<p>Manage public relations activities to enhance the company\u2019s public image and strengthen stakeholder relationships.<br \/>\nDevelop and provide key communication support for corporate events and high-quality\u00a0speeches\/presentations\u00a0for executive management.<br \/>\nDraft press releases, speeches, and other business correspondence.<\/p>\n<p>Media and Advertising:<\/p>\n<p>Lead the execution of media strategies, ensuring effective campaign execution across all media channels.<br \/>\nDevelop detailed campaign briefs for internal and external teams to create and deploy relevant and compelling content.<br \/>\nMonitor trends and audience engagement, providing detailed analyses of marketing activities.<\/p>\n<p>Regulatory Engagement:<\/p>\n<p>Engage with government stakeholders\u2019 campaigns on public policy<br \/>\nWork closely with community leaders, internal stakeholders, and external content creators to tell compelling stories and engage with the online audience.<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/p>\n<p>Brand Awareness:<\/p>\n<p>Increase brand awareness (favourability).<br \/>\nImprove reputation.<\/p>\n<p>Engagement Metrics:<\/p>\n<p>Increase social media engagement (likes, shares, comments).<\/p>\n<p>Public Relations:<\/p>\n<p>Secure positive media mentions.<br \/>\nIncrease positive sentiment in media coverage.<\/p>\n<p>Campaign Performance:<\/p>\n<p>Increase reach and impressions in all campaigns.<br \/>\nMeet or exceed campaign ROI targets.<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder Satisfaction:<\/p>\n<p>Achieve stakeholder satisfaction score in annual surveys.<br \/>\nIncrease internal stakeholder engagement through effective communication initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Content Production:<\/p>\n<p>Produce and publish pieces of high-quality content per month.<br \/>\nEnsure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKey Attributes and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\nStrong project management and organizational skills.<br \/>\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br \/>\nProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.<br \/>\nCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nMinimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Creative related field.<br \/>\nAt least 5 years of experience in a corporate communications or brand management role, with 5 years in a managerial position.<br \/>\nExperience in digital communications, social media, and public relations.<br \/>\nStrong understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and research principles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAdditional Information:<\/p>\n<p>Band: VI<\/p>\n<p>AB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.
