\nOne of our NGO clients has engaged Brilliance Executive Management Consultancy Limited (BEMCONSULT) to recruit targeting candidates from Zambia\u2019s NGO sector with WASH project experience.
\nJob Purpose
\nThe MEAL Officer will support the development and implementation of quality program monitoring and evaluation systems, frameworks, methodologies, tools, analysis, and reporting, in line with the set MEAL requirements.
\nLocal networking events
\nSummary of Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Lead documentation of feature stories, case studies, fact sheets, Stories of Change etc.
\nLead data collection, compilation, analysis and use
\nBuild capacities of team members in basic M&E, monitor project activities and use of data collection tools including kobo forms
\nSupport project assessments, surveys and research activities<\/p>\n

Excellent writing skills
\nStrong data collection and research skills and ability to interpret and analyse data
\nAbility to train others
\nGood facilitation skills
\nStrategic, analytical, problem-solving and systems thinking capacity and skills<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Demography, Social Sciences, Monitoring and Evaluation, Agriculture, Economics, or other fields related to Monitoring and Evaluation with research experience
\nMust have at least 3-5 years\u2019 experience of Monitoring and Evaluation including with an international NGO
\nProven exposure to data analysis packages like SPSS
\nStrong data collection and research skills and ability to interpret and analyse data
\nMust have proven\u00a0Monitoring and Evaluation experience for WASH projects.
\nDemonstrate expertise in rigorous quantitative and qualitative research.<\/p>\n
