That\u2019s how we continue to achieve extraordinary things in extraordinary locations.\\n\\n\u00a0\\n\\nJob description:\\n\\nQAQC (Quality Assurance\/Quality Control) Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation and control systems are installed, calibrated, and maintained according to technical specifications, safety codes, and industry standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n \\tThe incumbent will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.\\n\\n\u00a0\\n\\n \\tEnsure Quality Control & Inspection for all new and existing Tailings Storage facility (TSF) instrumentation by verifying that all physical installations (mounting, wiring, shielding) align with Engineering drawings and P&IDs.\\n\\n\u00a0\\n\\n \\tEnsure calibration and performance verification for all field instruments and validate accuracy of all sensors.\\n \\tMaintain a comprehensive instrument library of Quality Records, including calibration certificates, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and as-built documentation.\\n \\tOffer technical support & troubleshooting to all instrument failure incidents, data drift and implement corrective actions.\\n \\tManage high-reliability data transmission networks (LoRaWAN, Satellite, Mesh) and edge-computing gateways capable of local decision-making.\\n \\tCoordinate with the process and geotechnical teams to ensure sensors are providing the specific data needed for stability and mass balance modelling.\\n\\nJOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES\\n\\n \\tSound experience in Telemetry & Transmission Architecture.
