statutory requirements.\\n \\tProvide oversight of staff performance management systems and learning and development initiatives.\\n\\nCompliance, Policy, and Risk Management\\n\\n \\tEnsure compliance with MCC Program Guidelines, MCA-Zambia policies, Zambian labour laws, and other applicable regulatory requirements.\\n \\tOversee human resources- and administration-related audits,
