The role supports the Fuel Controller by ensuring accurate inventory control, fuel reconciliation, consumption reporting, quality assurance, asset maintenance planning and regulatory compliance.\\n \\tThe role requires the effective utilization of the Pronto ERP\/CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system to manage fuel and asset-related data, coordinate maintenance and project activities, monitor operational performance as well as support budgeting and cost control initiatives.\\n\\n\u00a0\\n\\nJob Responsibility\\n\\n \\t\\n\\n \\tReconcile fuel receipts in the ERP system against supplier delivery documentation and invoices.\\n \\tMaintain accurate fuel and lubricant inventory records across all storage facilities.\\n \\tReconcile diesel and lubricant transactions prior to posting into the company ERP system.\\n \\tMonitor and reconcile daily stock movements, including receipts, issues and transfers between depots.\\n \\tEnsure all fuel and lubricant consumption is accurately recorded and allocated\\n \\tTrack fuel consumption by equipment, department, contractor, and operating area.\\n \\tAnalyse fuel usage trends and identify anomalies or opportunities for improvement.\\n \\tWork closely with mining operations teams to forecast fuel requirements and consumption trends.\\n \\tMonitor fuel-related costs and support budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis activities.\\n \\tRespond to queries from payroll, contractors and management relating to fuel consumption and invoicing.\\n \\tCoordinate fuel sampling and testing programs as required.\\n \\tMonitor fuel filtration systems and ensure filter replacements are carried out according to approved maintenance strategies.\\n \\tInvestigate and report any fuel contamination or quality concerns.\\n \\tEnsure compliance with company policies, fuel management procedures and applicable legislation.\\n \\tEnforce compliance with SI 55 requirements by ensuring all fuel and lubricant dispensing meters are calibrated within statutory intervals.\\n \\tMaintain accurate records to support internal and external audits.\\n \\tProvide fuel inventory, reconciliation, and consumption documentation during audits and inspections.\\n \\tSupervise contractors undertaking work within the fuel management area.\\n \\tCoordinate and monitor fuel-related projects and service providers.\\n \\tRaise purchase requisitions for fuel-related services, maintenance and capital projects.\\n \\tMonitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.\\n \\tDevelop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans for fuel infrastructure assets using Pronto CMMS.\\n \\tMaintain asset registers, hierarchies, maintenance schedules
