A reputable private school committed to providing quality education and a safe environment for our students. We are looking for a reliable and professional Class 1 Driver to join our transport team.
Duties and Responsibilities
To safely transport students, staff, and school property in compliance with road safety regulations and school policies.Safely drive the school bus/vehicle on designated routes for students and staff.Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.Keep accurate logbooks for trips, fuel, and maintenance.Adhere to all traffic laws and school transport safety procedures.Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff
Qualifications and Experience
Valid Class 1 Driver’s LicenseMinimum 3 years’ experience driving heavy vehicles/buses.Clean driving record with no major offenses.Defensive driving certificate is an advantage.Clean police clearance certificate.Good communication skills and ability to handle children professionally.Punctual, reliable, and physically fit
