It is wholly owned by the Government of Zimbabwe and operates in accordance with the public sector rules and regulations. The NRZ mandate is to operate an competitive bulk rail transportation service for bulk goods(freight) and passengers. It was established in 1897 and operates a system that is 2 760 route kilometers of 1 067mm gauge track. It is geographical positioned as the hub and gateway to the region of Southern Africa Development Community (SADC). National Railways of Zimbabwe and Mozambique are linked through Mutare/Machipanda border posts to Beira as well as Sango/Chicualacuala that goes to Maputo. South Africa is linked through Beitbridge, Botswana is connected via Plumtree and Victoria Falls to Zambia.

THREE REGISTERED GENERAL NURSES: MEDICAL SECTION: HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRTION BRANCH: BANNOCKBURN, BULAWAYO AND CHIREDZI/ TRIANGLE
Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:• Planning, performing and coordinating the day to day activities of the clinic as per NRZ regulations and MOCC standard operation procedures.• Performing health assessments to clients,diagnosing, prescribing, administering medicines, referring and escorting for further management where necessary.• Providing comprehensive Primary Health Care Services• to employees, their families and communities surrounding our clinics.• Attending to medical emergencies which include train derailments and injuries on duty.• Conducting workplace visits to identify potential health hazards and home visits for home based care clients,assisting them as necessary.• Reaching out to employees and families with wellness and health promotion activities.• Providing prevention and counselling services to employees and families.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:• Have a Diploma in General Nursing with two(2) years and above post graduate experience.• Have a current practicing Certificate.• Be mature, responsible and of sober habits.
