\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned post. The incumbent will be reporting to the Quantity Surveyor Manager.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t1.\tCost Estimation and Budgeting: Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for Construction projects.2.\tContract Management:Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotes, preparing contracts, change orders and cost reports.3.\tOn- Site Measurements and Valuation:Measuring and analysing project costs and quantities, and valuing completed work for payment.4.\tFinancial Reporting:Providing financial oversight, managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial reporting to clients.5.\tCost Control and Advice:Monitoring project costs, providing cost advice and support to project terms and conducting value engineering.6.\tContract Negotiation:Participating in contract negotiations, identifying commercial risks and ensuring fair deals for clients.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t1.\t Degree in Quantity Survey2.\t3-5 years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n
