\n\t\t\t\tThe National Biotechnology Authority is seeking a skilled Canteen Cook to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of meals that meet the needs of the Authority. \t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tPreparing meals for staff and executive management .\u2022\tManaging inventory and assisting in ordering supplies as needed.\u2022\tMonitoring food safety and canteen sanitation practices to comply with health regulations.\u2022\tEnsuring food is presented to high standards of quality and hygiene.\u2022\tMaintaining an organized kitchen and efficient workflow.\u2022\tCarrying out any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor in regard to the canteen.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tA certificate in Catering, Culinary Arts or a similar qualification.\u2022\tProven two years’ experience as a cook or in a similar role, preferably in a formal work setup will be an added advantage.\u2022\tStrong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.\u2022\tAbility to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.\u2022\tExcellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.<\/p>\n
