\n\t\t\t\tThe purpose of the job is to develop, monitor and manage the Association\u2019s budget to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDevelop, implement and monitor annual budgets aligned with SAZ\u2019s strategic objectives.\u2022\tAnalyze financial data and trends to inform budgeting and financial planning decisions.\u2022\tCollaborate with department heads to collect budget inputs and ensure accuracy.\u2022\tMonitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budget allocations.\u2022\tPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for management review.\u2022\tEnsure compliance with financial policies, relevant regulations, and organizational procedures.\u2022\tIdentify financial risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.\u2022\tIdentify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.\u2022\tRecommend and implement process improvements to strengthen budgetary control.\u2022\tProvide financial advice and support to department heads and other staff members.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.\u2022\tProficiency in accounting software such as SAP, EGP, and advanced Excel.\u2022\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.\u2022\tFamiliarity with SAZ operations, products and applicable regulatory standards will be an added advantage.\u2022\tStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.<\/p>\n
