\n\t\t\t\tThe Guesthouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a guesthouse. This includes managing staff, ensuring the property is well-maintained, and providing a welcoming experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Should be a mature experienced and above 25 years of age. Must have at least a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel & Catering Management and at least 3 years of relevant experience.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tSupervise and manage guesthouse staffEnsure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the propertyAddress and resolve guest complaints and issues promptlyCoordinate guest check-in and check-out processesMonitor and manage inventory of supplies and amenitiesPrepare and manage budgets for the guesthouse operationsImplement and enforce health and safety regulationsPlan and organize events or activities for guestsOversee reservations and handle booking inquiriesConduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMust have at least a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel & Catering Management and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Proven leadership and supervisory experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysProficiency in Microsoft Office and hospitality management software<\/p>\n
