\n\t\t\t\tProperty Minder will be responsible for the overall operational management of our properties. They are tasked with addressing tenant concerns, collecting rent, dealing with maintenance, and managing the budget. (Bulawayo Applicants Only)<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tMaintains property accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions, Invoicing Tenants, Drawing of Lease Agreements, Inspection of the buildings and updating the property checklist, Ensuring vacant properties are occupied and maintained at 100% occupancy rate, Updating of Tenants files, Repairs and Maintenance of the buildings, Follow up on Rental payments, Production of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual Property Reports, Preparation of Property Budgets and Necessary renovations to property portfolio from time to time.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tApplicant must be above the age of 30 years. Must have a Certificate\/Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Project Management or Accounting with more than 3 years\u2019 experience. A class 4 driver’s license will be an added advantage.(Bulawayo Applicants Only).<\/p>\n
