\n\t\t\t\tThe Loan Administrator\u2019s responsibilities include evaluating and creating repayment plans and maintaining records of different loan portfolios. The ideal candidates have a solid understanding of lending procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ultimately, the role of the Loan Administrator is to ensure smooth running of our loan portfolio branches.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tPrepare and maintain all paperwork including loan disclosuresCoordinate and prepare loan packagesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and company policiesCollaborate with loan officers and underwriters to complete the loan processConduct regular loan portfolio reviews to identify any potential issues<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tLoan Administrator of above 25 years of age is required. Must have at least a Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Administration or Business Studies and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Proven work experience as a Loan Administrator, Loan Officer or similar role in financeGood understanding of lending procedures and customer service experience<\/p>\n
