\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Market segmentation.\u2022 Classification of customers and allocating customers to Team members\u2022 Retaining corporate, loyal and profitable customers.\u2022 Visiting corporate clients.\u2022 Attending to and resolving customer complaints.\u2022 Capturing details of lost and damaged shipments and referring cases to the relevant team\u2022 Regular updating of Rates or tariffs in order to make sure that the company does not lose revenue\u2022 Accurate costing upon pricing, rating of tariffing\u2022 Suppliers registration and tender participation\u2022 Responding to enquiries and quoting clients\u2022 Establishing and maintaining Service Level Agreements and service standards.\u2022 Complying with quality assurance.\u2022 Complying with legal, statutory and licensing requirements.\u2022 Supervising and motivating staff in Operations\u2022 Ensuring that shipments are delivered on time.\u2022 Ensuring that customer clearances are done on time so as to avoid demurrages.\u2022 Ensuring that loading authorities & Duty Authorisations are given in time.\u2022 Participate in responding to bid tenders, i.e. pricing, terms and conditions.\u2022 Managing critical costs e.g. bond paper, telephone & fuel consumption.\u2022 Efficiently managing the ZIMRA account\u2022 Liaising with Clients regarding to nature of goods and shipments specifications.\u2022 Supervising of all duty quotations to clients and ensure that quotations are responded to on time.\u2022 Receiving feedback from clients regarding quotations given.\u2022 Giving technical advise to clients.\u2022 Liaising with other branches and service providers regarding the movement of shipments.\u2022 Updating clients on shipment movementJob description with clear duties will be availed to the successful candidate<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t5 O\u2019 levels including Maths, EnglishHigh technical, profession or universityDegree in Supply chain management\/ logisticsDiploma in forwarding & customs legislation is a MUSTDrivers license is a MUSTChancers will not be tolerated<\/p>\n
ExperienceMinimum 2years\u2019 experience in a Supervisory role<\/p>\n
