\n\t\t\t\tWe are Hiring: Branch Administrator ( Hwange )<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tResponsibilities\u2022 To ensure queries on additional information and amendments are sent to responsible authorities within the shortest possible time frame.\u2022 To respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information through researching, locating, and providing information.\u2022 To resolve client problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and escalating unresolved problems.\u2022 To escalate calls for timely resolution and keep track to ensure customer satisfactioni\u2022 To maintain call center data by documenting information.\u2022 Reduce the number of cessations by making follow-up calls to concerned clients.\u2022 Outbound calls and physical after-service follow-up.\u2022 To carry out market research and competitor analysis\u2022 To use e-marketing (social media-Facebook, Twitter, Skype, WhatsApp, Instagram) to assess brand awareness and positioning.\u2022 Ensure the use of diary sheets to ensure continuity.\u2022 To do customer advocacy-outbound calls to assess customer advocacy and word-of-mouth feedback by looking at whether existing clients are well informed about new products on offer and how to improve service delivery.\u2022 Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.\u2022 To analyze error reports to ensure maximum premium deduction.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management or any related degree is required.\u2022 A minimum of 2 years’ experience.\u2022 Data Analytical and reporting skills will be an added advantage.Skills\u2022 Good time management\u2022 Ability to work with minimum supervision\u2022 Ability to work well in a team\u2022 Effective communication, oral and written\u2022 Good time management\u2022 Administrative and financial skills<\/p>\n
