\n\t\t\t\tWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Client Services & Strategy Executive to lead key accounts and drive strategic thinking across client campaigns. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives under pressure, has a minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in marketing or business, and brings both strategic depth and client management<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tClient Services:<\/p>\n
Serve as the main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring strong, trust-based relationshipsLead campaign briefings, reviews, and debriefs with internal teams and clientsOversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfactionManage multiple accounts while maintaining a high standard of service across all touchpointsDrive client retention and growth through outstanding service and value deliveryStrategy:<\/p>\n
Develop integrated marketing strategies based on data, insights, and client objectivesTranslate client briefs into strategic plans that guide creative, digital, and media buying teamsMonitor market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategyPrepare and present strategic recommendations, pitch decks, and campaign performance reviewsCollaborate with the research and analytics team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDegree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (agency experience is a strong advantage)Solid understanding of digital and traditional marketing platformsProven ability to think both creatively and analyticallyExcellent project management, multitasking, and leadership skillsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesFamiliarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio, etc.<\/p>\n
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilitiesConfident and professional in client-facing scenariosResults-driven and performance-focusedCalm under pressure and solutions-orientedCollaborative team player who can also take initiative independently<\/p>\n
