\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tCall OverviewYouth Advocates is seeking proposals from Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) inZimbabwe to implement evidence-based, high-impact, and scalable interventions that supportyouth skills and entrepreneurship through the Youth Enterprise Graduation Model.Funding Details\u2022 Grant ceiling: USD 50,000 per year\u2022 Grant duration: Up to 2 years (maximum total USD 100,000)\u2022 Expected start date: 1 July 2025Priority AreasProposals must focus on layered interventions that build social assets, skills andentrepreneurship, one or more of the following:\u2022 Life and soft skills for employability and resilience\u2022 Vocational or entrepreneurship training aligned to market needs\u2022 Financial literacy and inclusion, including savings group formation\u2022 Support for youth-led business incubation and mentorship<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\tEligibility CriteriaApplicant organizations must:\u2022 Be legally registered and operating in Zimbabwe\u2022 Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in youth development or livelihoods\u2022 Be based in or working within rural or underserved communities\u2022 Demonstrate capacity for financial and programmatic reporting\u2022 Align with Youth Advocates\u2019 safeguarding and child protection standards<\/p>\n
