RECEPTIONISTWe are looking for a person who is self-motivated and highly organised receptionist responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls and performing basic administrative tasks<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t. Key Responsibilities:\u2022 Welcome guests, directing them to the correct person or office, and ensuring a pleasant experience.\u2022 Manage incoming calls, send messages, and transfer calls as needed. \u2022 Provide information to visitors and callers and address their needs. \u2022 Sorting and distributing mail and coordinating courier pickups\u2022 Assist with tasks like scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling basic office supplies. \u2022 Maintain records and ensure proper documentation\u2022 Basic clerical tasks which include taking minutes of meetings, filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications, skills and attributes:\u2022 5 Ordinary Level subjects including English Language\u2022 Certificate in receptionist and typing\u2022 A degree and secretarial courses are an added advantage\u2022 Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors and colleagues. \u2022 A friendly and helpful attitude, as well as the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. \u2022 At least 1 year work experience<\/p>\n
