SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. Based in Harare, the ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, executing campaigns and managing sales efforts to increase awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. They will also be responsible for analysing market trends, tracking performance and collaborating with other teams to ensure success.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities\u2022 Supervise sales agents to ensure the achievement of sales targets\u2022 Lead and coordinate the presentation and demonstration of products\/services to prospective clients by sales agents.\u2022 Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions\u2022 Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention\u2022 Achieve individual and teams\u2019 sales targets\u2022 Prepare and present sales reports to senior management\u2022 Manage social media accounts\u2022 Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Degree- Marketing or equivalent\u2022 Digital media advertising experiemce\u2022 Well organised and Customer Service Orientation.\u2022 Information Seeking. Marketing Awareness and content concepts and creation.\u2022 Clean Class 4 driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
