\n\t\t\t\tApplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Agent to join a dynamic team in a highly technical environment. Webdev (Pvt) Ltd is Zimbabwe\u2019s leading web hosting, online marketing, e-commerce, online payments, and web development company, a multi-award-winning company, and a market leader. The main purpose of the job is to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets. This position will report to the Marketplaces Lead.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tPresents sales actuals versus targets report and feedback at weekly sales meeting\tMeets customers & presents and sells MP products and services \tCross sells and upsells products to existing clients \tRegisters new accounts and KYC on all customer interaction and as per KYC SOP\tCreates quotes and keep quotes progress status up to date\tRevive terminated clients, putting reasons and comments Maintains up to date knowledge about products, prices and how best to sell them\tComplete courses from manager, and actively research industry trends, techniques, and best practices in sales conversion as per agreed timeline\tUploads high quality client content including the product title, description and pictures of products and services offered.\tTrains and onboards clients on existing and new products.\tRegularly engage with your customers to foster strong relationships, gather product\/market data and offer after-sales support\tContacts relevant customers with due, overdue and suspended invoices to encourage payment<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDiploma in Sales and Marketing , or Similar qualification\tCertificate in Sales, Marketing,Public Relations or similarCertificate in Digital marketing is an added advantageAt least 2 years proven advertising Sales experienceExperience in an IT environment is an added advantage<\/p>\n
Skills and competencies Strong communication, sales negotiation and interpersonal skills.\tProspecting Skills\tSelf motivated and driven.\tMicrosoft Office suite\tKnowledge of Marketplace products and services\tSales process\tMaintaining Customer Relationships\tOnline advertising<\/p>\n
