\n\t\t\t\tKnowledge of IAS and IFRS.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to accurately follow instructions and multitask.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tSupporting the Finance team to develop and maintain accounting record-keeping requirements-Bin cards, Stock reports, Collection reports, SOPAccounts receivable – Raising invoices, receipting of payments from customers, Daily takings reconciliationsAssist the cost and management accountant with general month end closing activities e.g. stocks counts, debtor reconciliationsAssist the Cost and Management Accountant with Periodic Inventory Reconciliations to ensure integrity of company inventories.Assist with enforcing of internal control systems to improve our financial management systems. e.g. ensuring compliance to SOP in Inventory Management, Procurement, Cash Management, InvoicingAssist the Cost and Management accountant with analysing the company\u2019s accounting process and recommend\/implement changes, developing and enhancing existing reporting tools and templates.Assist the Cost and |Management accounting in costing of Inventories of Raw materials, finished products, Projects, Assets.Assist the Cost and Management accountant in tracking product and batch profitability.Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and ad hoc reports as requested by executiveInvestigating the causes of stock variances, cost changes of raw materials, product costs and provide relevant commentaries.Perform any other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tCandidate should be working towards attaining a degree \/diploma in Accounting3rd \/2nd Year Student at any recognized University\/ College in Zimbabwe<\/p>\n
