\n\t\t\t\tVacancy : SAP Technical Support Consultant x4 Location : Remote<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tDuties<\/p>\n
\u25aa Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Application Development, and Product teams.\u25aa Systematically collect relevant data to conduct effective root cause analysis of reported incidents.\u25aa Contribute to the Internal and External knowledge base by documenting key findings and resolutions.\u25aa Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, including timely communication and status updates to clients.\u25aa Ensure all response and resolution times align with agreed-upon in the Service Level Agreements (SLA\u2019s)\u25aa Participate in shared support coverage as part of a rotating schedule.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience \u25aa 7+ years of relevant professional experience\u25aa Degree in a Technical field (or equivalent hands-on expertise)\u25aa Strong experience writing complex SQL queries and analysing database performance\u25aa Proven ability in log interpretation and troubleshooting in Unix-based environments.\u25aa Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., SSO) and experience with RESTful API\u2019s.\u25aa Solid understanding of data integration, warehousing, and BI concepts.\u25aa Exposure to application server environments and their configuration.\u25aa A passion for getting to the bottom of technical issues and designing long-term solutions.\u25aa Strong communicator with a customer-first mentality and a positive, team-driven approach.\u25aa Background in SAP (especially in hybrid technical \/ functional roles) is a significant advantage when working with enterprise clients.\u25aa Hands-on experience with support and collaboration tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, GitHub (or similar), and Google Workspace.\u25aa Experience working with business intelligence tools and Python for data analysis or automation<\/p>\n
