\n\t\t\t\tThe incumbent will be reporting to the Storeman<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\ta)\tSetting up and maintaining stock control systemsb)\tDraw required stock and keep Bin Cards correctly updatedc)\tEnsure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all timesd)\tGenerating and maintaining bill of material and issuing stocks as per bill of materiale)\tConducting stock-take and spot-check routinesf)\tVariance analysis and inventory valuation reportg)\tUpdating computerized stock systemsh)\tCoordinate with procurement and other departments for timely replenishment of stock.i)\tInvoicing and making sure that the invoice has been signed upon delivery of the stock.j)\tAdminister all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures k)\tDispatches finished stock items to client departments and keeps record of the same.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\ta)\t5 O\u2019 Level subjectsb)\tDiploma in Purchasing & Supply or equivalentc)\tProven experience in inventory management or stores operations.d)\tGood organizational and record-keeping skills.e)\tAbility to operate basic warehouse equipment and tools.f)\tAttention to detail and accuracy.g)\tGood communication skills.h)\tKnowledge of safety and health standards related to storage.i)\tKnowledge of Pastel Accounting an advantage.<\/p>\n
