\n\t\t\t\tAn Administration Intern post has arisen at National Biotechnology Authority and interested candidates are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Assisting in tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.\u2022 Organizing and scheduling meetings and events.\u2022 Assisting with the stationery requisition system.\u2022 Assisting in effective management of postal\/ courier services.\u2022 Assisting in records of payments and service providers.\u2022 Assisting in accurate administrative records and files.\u2022 Assisting in general administrative activities.\u2022 Assisting in ensuring transparent and efficient use of NBA resources (vehicle Fleet management, premise management etc.)\u2022 Any other duties that maybe assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tThe incumbent must be in their third year and studying towards a degree in either Business Management, Administration, Business Studies, Public Management or any other relevant certification.The incumbent must also be:\u2022 A fast learner who has the passion to grasp concepts.\u2022 Highly innovative and agile.\u2022 Excellent at paying attention to detail.<\/p>\n
