\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tPlans and organizes own selling activity to secure new business.\u2022\tTakes responsibility for completing agreed number of prospecting calls and customer visits, and encouraging customers to experience the brand in order to meet and exceed agreed targets\u2022\tEnsures sales opportunities are maximized for the full range of services and products.\u2022\tMaintains contact with customers to ensure they are kept fully informed throughout the sale, pre- and post-delivery.\u2022\tParticipates in planning sales and marketing campaigns and promotions.\u2022\tMaintains a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times.\u2022\tHandle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence\u2022\tHelp customers choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on price and mileage allowance\u2022\tAssist customers with their rental needs by providing accurate information and up-selling additional products and services.\u2022\tInspect vehicles prior to rental and document any existing damage.\u2022\tComplete rental contracts and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner\u2022\tAttend to and timeous distribution of incoming and outgoing calls \u2022\tEnsure that the reception areas are kept clean at all times\u2022\tAssist in Sales Promotions, Corporate Events or PR Activities<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tDegree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field\u2022\tPrevious experience in Sales and Marketing\u2022\tKnowledge of Car Rental or Hospitality and added advantage\u2022\tFlexible to work weekends and after hours \u2022\tExcellent communicator<\/p>\n
