\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tThe incumbent will have the following key responsibilities; \u2022 Masonry work, including bricklaying\u2022 Tiling (wall and floor ceramic tile installation)\u2022 Wall finishing including putty (skim coat) application and painting\u2022 Basic carpentry and woodworking\u2022 Ability to organize and lead a team of local construction workers on-site<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Minimum secondary school education\u2022 Proven skills and hands-on experience in all the above trades\u2022 Good communication and coordination skills\u2022 Must be reliable, disciplined, and results-oriented<\/p>\n
