\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022 Sell insurance and financial products through various digital platforms and tools.\u2022 Engage potential elients via tele-sales, leveraging contact lists and digital business leads.\u2022 Promote product benefits, features, and unique value propositions effectively.\u2022 Drive cross-selling and up-selling across the company’s full product portfolio.\u2022 Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey.\u2022 Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.\u2022 Generate leads through professional networks, referrals, and cold calling.\u2022 Maintain accurate sales reports, including call logs, conversion metrics, and revenue data.\u2022 Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.\u2022 Support client retention efforts and encourage repeat business through referrals.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications & Skills\u2022 A diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.\u2022 Additional certifications such as COP (Long-Term Insurance), Online Sales Training, or Digital Marketing are an added advantage.\u2022 Minimum of 1 years’ experience in tele-sales, digital sales, or a similar role.\u2022 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.\u2022 Resilient, self-motivated, and goal driven.a, and soul and interpersonal skilo a similar role.\u2022 Proficient in social selling and working across multiple business lines.\u2022 Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.<\/p>\n
