\n\t\t\t\tMashambanzou Care Trust is inviting applications for the position of IT Assistant. We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual who can support our IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of our digital systems and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tProvide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.<\/p>\n
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and network devices.<\/p>\n
Support system updates, backups, and antivirus monitoring.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with vendors and service providers when needed.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tDiploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/p>\n
Experience in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.<\/p>\n
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.<\/p>\n
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.<\/p>\n
Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n
