\n\t\t\t\tPROGRAMMES GRADUATE TRAINEEWe are looking for a committed and motivated graduate trainee to join our team.Reporting to the Programmes Manager, the successful candidate will assist in supporting the Programmes department, among other responsibilities that may be assigned.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tResponsibilities\u2022 Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for survivors of sexual violence.\u2022 Assessing the psychosocial support needs of survivors of sexual and gender-based violence and providing the necessary support.\u2022 Conduct community awareness raising against sexual and gender-based violence and early child marriages.\u2022 Holding case conferences with stakeholders to ensure provision of holistic support to survivors of sexual and gender-based violence.\u2022 Compile detailed monthly programmatic and basic financial reports.\u2022 Represent the organisation at various platforms in Masvingo.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022 Recent graduate holding a degree in Social Work or Psychology.\u2022 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and projects to meet deadlines.\u2022 Work-related learning experience in an NGO or developmental sector is required.\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\u2022 \u2022 Fluency in English and Shona.\u2022 Based in Masvingo<\/p>\n
