\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKey Result Areas\u2022 Develop and implement sound sales strategies\u2022 Laisse with production and warehouse on products available\u2022 Research on market, industry, competitors, and customers\u2022 Look for new trends emerging in the market and think of ways business can benefit from them.\u2022 Identify sales opportunities & threats in the market\u2022 Co-ordinate the ordered products and monitor if delivered in a timely manner\u2022 Function as the main contact person and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives \u2022 Interacts with sales & marketing team in implementing sales plans and strategies to meet business goals\u2022 Achievement of budgeted sales volumes and revenue to meet branch\u2019s financial objective\u2022 Customer relationships management\u2022 Customer order management\u2022 Knowledge of & recommendation of prices that are competitive with industry guidelines and local competitors<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tMinimum Requirements\u2022 Minimum of 3 years sales experience at management level, preferably in the retail of building materials industry\u2022 MBA & Degree in Sales & Marketing or the equivalent.\u2022 Successful track record of achieving\/exceeding sales targets.\u2022 Ability to work autonomously and run day to day operations with minimum supervision\u2022 Strong sales and marketing background\u2022 Strong presentation skills and relationship building skills<\/p>\n
