He \/ she is responsible for the management of the MCT personnel, property and all other material resources. He\/ she is a member of the MCT Management<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tPerson Specification\u2022\tA Bachelor\u2019s degree in Health Service Management, Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.\u2022\tA Diploma in HR, Admin, Supply Chain Management or related field is an added advantage.\u2022\tA minimum of 3 years relevant experience is an added advantage. \u2022\tExperience in the health sector is an added advantage.\u2022\tStrong understanding of Labour laws, statutes and best practices.\u2022\tAbility to work independently and as a team.<\/p>\n
