\n\t\t\t\tKey Responsibilities\u2022\tCreate outstanding customer confidence in the services offered by the company by ensuring professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care \u2022\tBe accessible as the first point of contact between the organization and customers\u2022\tEnsure customer awareness of all products and services available by professional presentation and demonstration\u2022\tPromote and prospect the business as directed with confidence and commitment\u2022\tIdentifies and exploits new business opportunities\u2022\tMaximize profitability by professionally selling products, services and repair work as appropriate to customers\u2019 needs\u2022\tConduct client visits and maintain regular contact with customers to ensure that they are provided with all the necessary support\u2022\tGive constant feedback to customers via email, phone calls or in person\u2022\tMonitors feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with company products and services\u2022\tEnhance the reputation of the business at every opportunity when interacting with others.\u2022\tGathers market intelligence\u2022\tMaintains good liaison with all stakeholders\u2022\tPrepare reports as requested\u2022\tActively coordinate with the Service Manager and Sales Advisor to ensure a steady flow of vehicles into the workshop.\u2022\tServe as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop.\u2022\tHandle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.\u2022\tWork towards achieving set daily, weekly and monthly throughput targets.\u2022\tAutomotive background or experience in the motor industry is highly preferred<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQualifications & Experience\u2022\tA Marketing qualification\u2022\tTechnical know-how will be an added advantage\u2022\tMarketing qualifications will be an added advantage.\u2022\tMust be in possession of a class 4 driver\u2019s license.\u2022\tExcellent administrative skills\u2022\tSelf-driven and decision making<\/p>\n
