\n\t\t\t\tTIMB is seeking applications from qualified candidates for the HR Business Partner position. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and ensuring compliance with labour laws while contributing to a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will be based at TIMB Head Office in Harare.REPORTS TO: HEAD HR & ADMINISTRATION<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\tKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\u2022 Oversee recruitment, training, and skills development initiatives.\u2022 Manages payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.\u2022 Implement and monitor health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.\u2022 Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.\u2022 Oversee the management and maintenance of TIMB fleet.\u2022 Ensures capacitation of IRBM system and support employee development.\u2022 Ensures adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations.\u2022 Maintains comprehensive and organized HR records.\u2022 Undertakes HR Analytics.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\u2022 Degree in Human Resources\/ Psychology or equivalent.\u2022 IPMZ diploma is required.\u2022 A minimum of five years’ post graduate experience in Human Resources of which 2 years must have been in a supervisory capacity.<\/p>\n
OTHER REQUIREMENTS\/ COMPETENCES\u2022 Class 4 driver’s license.\u2022 Highly organized and task-oriented with strong analytical abilities.\u2022 Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.\u2022 Strong report-writing and presentation skills.\u2022 Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.<\/p>\n
