\n\t\t\t\tThe primary purpose of the tanker driver is to transport bulk milk from dairy farms to processing plants safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and freshness of milk is maintained throughout the transportation process.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tDuties and Responsibilities
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tSafely drives a milk tanker to collect milk from various dairy farms.\u2022\tEnsure timely delivery of milk to processing facilities\u2022\tMonitors and maintains the temperature and hygiene of the milk during transit.\u2022\tConducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tanker to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.\u2022\tCompletes accurate delivery logs and paperwork, including weight and quality records.\u2022\tCommunicates effectively with dairy farm personnel and processing plant staff.\u2022\tAddresses any customer concerns in a professional manner.\u2022\tReports any discrepancies or issues encountered during transportation.\u2022\tAdheres to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies.\u2022\tParticipates in safety training and maintains knowledge of safe driving practice\u2022\tCarries out any other duties as required.<\/p>\n
\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\t\u2022\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.\u2022\tProven experience as a truck driver with bulk liquids.\u2022\tAge between 30 to 45 years.\u2022\tValid driver\u2019s license with defensive driving certification and retest.\u2022\tStrong understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.\u2022\tGood communication and organizational skills.\u2022\tAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.\u2022\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
