\t\t\t\tQualifications and Experience
\n\t\t\t\tREQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE> Bachelor’s degree majoring in the subject.> Master’s Degree in the field is an added advantage.\u2022 Other certificates in sporting are an added advantage.> Ability to provide visionary leadership and direction for the school sports department.\u2022 Proven experience in athletic administration, coaching or related field.\u2022 Ability to train various fields e.g. athletics, tennis ball, basketball, swimming etc.\u2022 Ability to ensure a safe and healthy environment student athletes adhering to relevant policies & procedures.\u2022 Ability to identify and nurture sporting talents in students.\u2022 Strong leadership ad management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.\u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.\u2022 Christian based background.> Professionalism.<\/p>\n
